IWPA is committed to opportunities for educators, citizens and visitors to become more familiar with the concept of public art and the works of the IWPA collection. Within this section we address some of the basic questions about public art that the public art master planning process answered for our community. 

Also, in addition to our interactive IWPA project map, in the coming months IWPA will launch a comprehensive arts education initiative, including IWPA posters for each IWPA artist. The UNO Center for Innovation in Arts Education is assisting with the development of educational reference materials that will be included on the back of each IWPA poster. The posters, curricula and content will be available via the IWPA website in 2008.
