Iowa West Public Art and Artspace are pleased to announce the Harvester Artspace Lofts will be opening in Fall 2010 on South Main Street in Council Bluffs. The Iowa West Foundation is proud to support the development of this housing community which enhances the revitalization of historic downtown Council Bluffs.

The "live/work" space is family friendly with efficiencies, one, two and three bedroom units. More than 5,000 square feet of retail space has also been designatied for artist studios and arts friendly businesses.

Artspace housing is open to those practicing in a broad range of disciplines from writing and dancing to sculpture and photography. IWPA encourages artists interested in being a part of the artist community to submit their names. Applications will be available 90 days before the building is ready for occupancy in Fall 2010.
